Marc E. Savoy was born in Far Rockaway, New York and grew up in Commack, Long Island. He received a B.A. from SUNY, Buffalo in 1988 and then attended law school in Lansing, Michigan before passing the New York and Connecticut Bar exams in 1991 and New Jersey in 1995. In addition to being a member of the Bars of those states Mr. Savoy is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court.

Mr. Savoy volunteers his time by providing pro bono legal services to the elderly through the New York City VOLS program.

Mr. Savoy is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Nassau County Bar Association.
